General Terms & Conditions Apply
- CPE (Customer Premises Equipment)/IPTV Box will remain Optix Property and will be retrieved, in case of disconnection.
- Prices may vary depending on the dollar exchange rate and inflation in Pakistan.
- One-time Activation cost is non-refundable, after activation of services.
- Internet prices are inclusive of all government taxes. The activation charges and value added services are exclusive of all government taxes.
- Additional charges may apply on Add-on services.
- Packages cannot be downgraded within the promotional tenure.
- Fair usage policy (FUP) will be applied.
- Monthly recurring charges (MRC) will be billed in advance.
- 1-Year replacement warranty on ONT and IPTV Box provided by the company, excluding damage caused by breakage or burning of the product/equipment.
- Optix, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- Dual band ONT will install on 50Mbps and above packages.
Package Specific Guidelines
- Activation charges shall be waived if the customer pays three (03) months’ advance MRC at the time of signup.
- Activation charges shall be waived if the customer pays six (06) months’ advance MRC at the time of signup. Additionally, the customer will be entitled to one (01) month of free Internet service (the 7th month)
- This offer is valid for residential customers only.
- Existing customers may upgrade/convert into Optix new package by paying three (03) months’ advance MRC.
- Customer will receive the first IPTV Box upon payment of Rs. 299 + applicable taxes along with the Package MRC
- Customer will receive the Xtream LED Application (01 screen) upon payment of Rs. 99 + applicable taxes along with the MRC
- Existing Single Band (ONT) customers require an upgrade to a Dual Band ONT, the applicable Dual Band ONT charges (Rs. 14,999) shall be waived.
