Billing
Yes. If you pay for 6 months in advance, you will receive a 5% discount. For 12 months in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.
To claim your tax certificate, simply reach out to us via email (support@optix.pk), our helpline (021-11-11-67849), WhatsApp bot, online chat, or our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Once contacted, your certificate will be delivered to your registered email address within 7 working days.
Yes. Follow the procedure below:
- Log in to the MyOptix app.
- Select Bank Alfalah.
- Enter your debit/credit card number.
- Proceed with the payment.
To modify your package, visit our website to explore the latest available options. Once you select a package, submit your request through our UAN, WhatsApp bot, live chat, or social media channels.
Your account will be temporarily suspended. It will be reactivated promptly once the payment is made.
Please forward your transaction details to support@optix.pk. Our billing team will verify your payment and activate your account accordingly.
The bill is generated on the 1st of every month, and the due date is the 11th.
Technical Support
Yes. To enable bridge mode, you must obtain a static IP from us. Once purchased, our team will configure port forwarding on your ONT using the MAC address of your device.
Port forwarding refers to redirecting specific network traffic from the Internet to a device within your local network.
Yes. However, this service requires a static IP.
- Open your browser and enter 192.168.100.1.
- Log in using:
– telecomadmin / admintelecom
– Epadmin / adminEp
– root / admin
- Go to the WLAN tab.
- Locate the WPA Preshared Key field.
- Ensure the password is a maximum of 8 characters.
Check the Ethernet and HDMI connections. If the issue persists, contact us via UAN, WhatsApp bot, live chat, or social media.
